Flights advertised in connection with Freedom Street Festival are arranged and sold by a licensed travel agent.

Live Nation acts solely as a promotional and distribution platform and is not the travel organiser or travel agent. All flight bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the appointed travel agent and the operating airline.

Any changes, cancellations, schedule amendments or disputes relating to flights must be addressed directly with the travel agent or airline.

• The purchase of a Freedom Street Festival ticket and the purchase of flights are separate transactions governed by separate contractual terms.
• The festival organiser is not responsible for the performance of travel services, including but not limited to flights, transfers or accommodation. All flights are operated by the respective airline and remain subject to the airline’s conditions of carriage.
• The airline reserves the right to amend flight schedules, routes, aircraft types, and departure times.
• Flight times shown at the time of booking are subject to change. Customers will be notified of any schedule changes directly by the travel agent or airline.
•  Passengers are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports, visas, and any required travel documentation.
• The organiser and travel agent accept no responsibility for passengers denied boarding due to incomplete or invalid documentation.
• Travel insurance is not included with any flight booking.
• Customers are strongly advised to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance covering flight disruptions, medical expenses, and trip cancellation.
• In the event that Freedom Street Festival is postponed, rescheduled or cancelled, flight bookings remain subject to the terms and conditions of the travel agent and airline.
• The festival organiser shall not be responsible for refunds or changes relating to travel arrangements.
• For any queries relating to flight bookings, amendments, cancellations or baggage allowances, customers must contact the travel agent directly.

Ticket policy

• Your ticket must be issued in your own name.
• Name changes are possible up to 21 days before departure. A fee of €25 will apply for any name change.
• The flights are not refundable, but can be transferred to another person, up to 21 days before departure.
• Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings made under the same order will be seated together.

Baggage allowance (Economy Class)

Your ticket includes:

• 1 cabin baggage up to 10 kg
• 1 checked (hold) baggage up to 20 kg

Excess baggage

• Any cabin or checked baggage exceeding the above limits will be subject to additional charges according to the airline’s excess baggage rates.
• Baggage exceeding 32 kg will not be accepted by the airline

Airline rights & schedule

• KM Malta Airlines reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, add, substitute or discontinue any part of its in-flight products and services (including but not limited to meals, beverages, newspapers, entertainment, seating options, etc.). 
• KM Malta Airlines shall not be held liable for any damages or compensation resulting from such changes.
• Flight schedules and routes are subject to change. Routes and timings are not guaranteed. In case of changes, passengers will be offered an alternative routing or a refund in accordance with applicable regulations.
